Shipping Orders
We strive to ship orders within 1-2 working days.
Tracking Numbers
When you place the order you will receive a confirmation e-mail and an additional e-mail when we ship. US orders will receive a USPS tracking number. International orders will receive the Customs Form Number, but tracking number is not included.
Domestic Orders
Most orders are received within a week of shipping. Your tracking number and link might take a day before it's updated. In rare cases the tracking number doesn't update until after delivery, this is a quirk of USPS.
Delivery Time: Varies 2-10 days depending on service.
International Orders
We do not provide tracking for international orders. You will get a customs number. In some countries you will be able to get updated tracking information through your local postal service after the order passes customs. If you must have tracking please contact us and we'll give you a custom shipping quote.
Delivery Time: The time for first-class international shipping is 5-6 weeks. It just depends on the mood of customs and the efficiency of local postal services. If you haven’t received your order within 6 weeks of the shipping confirmation send us a quick e-mail. In most cases the package will show up. If you must have tracking please make sure to specify USPS Priority or above when checking out.
Customs/Duties: Depending on the policy in your country you may be charged VAT or other fees upon receipt of the package.
